[Intended Use]

This test is designed to detect human ABeta in urine for auxiliary diagnosis and epidemiological surveillance of early Alzheimer’s Disease.

[Test Principle]

This assay uses a one-step sandwich method. Anti-ABeta antibodies (capture antibodies) and goat anti-mouse IgG are immobilized separately on the test line and control line of the nitrocellulose membrane. Mouse-derived anti-ABeta antibodies conjugated to coloured nanoparticles (detection antibodies) are immobilized on the conjugate pad.
